Dear members,

From 1 July 2025 onwards we will engage with ADT to provide a security guard so that the reception is manned 24/7. Our concierges will continue their duties Mon-Fri 7 AM to 7 PM. The security guard will augment our building security on all remaining hours including weekends and public holidays.

The security of our building is a matter for all owners, tenants and residents alike. Please continue to be vigilant and continue to request sensible behaviour from your tenants.
