Dear members,

Today, we again discovered someone has smashed the call button in the basement lift foyer. This is the second time in the past months. We do believe this to be a deliberate act of vandalism. We request from you, owners and tenants alike, to ask around to see if anyone has seen anything or knows anything. As this is a repetitive event and occurred in an access controlled area, we have strong reason to believe this is a resident.

A replacement for the panel will possible take several weeks as parts have to be ordered from KONE in Europe. The consequence of this is that the lift cannot be used from the basement as risk of electric shock exists.

While we are busy replacing and extending our video surveillance network, we will also add a camera in the basement lift foyer.
